This Charollais group consisted of the Champion ( a one crop ewe ),the Reserve Champion( a ram lamb) and a ewe lamb all from the well known Logie Durno flock.

Mrs Brenda Scott’s Group from the Speyside flock at Burnside, Marypark, Ballindalloch, Banffshire, comprised the Zwartbles Champion, a home bred gimmer by a Brace ram and out of a home bred ewe, her Male Champion, Cynefin Teifi  and another home bred gimmer.

Reserve Champion on the day was M  J Mair of the Hedgefield flock with a home bred two crop ewe by a Llepan sire out of a two crop ewe. The shearling ram, tup lamb and ewe lamb classes were all won by Greystone  Zwartbles, all ably judged by Mr Andrew Baillie of the Broomfield flock .

In the Individual Interbreed a Cheviot was Champion with the Charollais Champion Reserve.

Congratulations to Brenda, Dennis, Alec and all other people concerned on bringing the Zwartbles Breed to the fore front.
